All The Good (news for Godolphin)
September 9th 2008 05:39
Godolphin have not had the world-wide success that they would expect in recent times. Frankie Dettori is most likely to take an outside ride on Getaway in the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe. And in Australia their quest for a Melbourne Cup winner has delivered them only three placegetters from their twelve runners.

This year the Godolphin 5 year old All The Good was a last-start winner of the (rain postponed) rescheduled Ebor Handicap - transferred to Newbury as the Newburgh Stakes.
This was an impressive effort as he came away to win by 3 1/4 lengths against a field of 20 that included fellow Melbourne Cup aspirants Yellowstone and Bauer.
All The Good is by Diesis out of Zarara. He has 6 wins and 2 placings from his 22 starts. He has won at distances from I mile and a quarter to 2 miles. He has been in the care of Godolphin for three starts (all this season) with his last start win at Newbury his best result.
comments from the Godolphin website:
