Some highlights (Black Caviar aside) from the final night meeting at Moonee Valley for this season.
All photographs by Neil Murray
The Michael Kent trained Our Saga, ridden by Brad Rawiller, wins his 2nd race from only 4 starts.
Trainer John Sadler has the 5 year old Giant's Causeway gelding Flat Chat in career best form. This was his second consecutive win, this time by 2.5 lengths, following on from a 5.5 length win at Sandown Lakeside.
Michael Rodd drives Mushatta - in the familiar Mark Kavanagh colours - past the favourite Plain Lucky. Just emerging into picture is 2nd placed Tokugawa who flew home and was very unlucky.
