The Colours of Racing
April 3rd 2011 05:46
Colour, speed, and spectacle. A recipe for excitement.
Neil Murray has examined the 'colours' of horseracing in a new article for Thoroughbreds Worldwide.
In seven separate (different and distinct) frames, Neil has shown us the vibrant colours of racing, each set in a different context.
This photograph (just one of the series) shows the grey gelding Ruber Rex resplendent in splashes of yellow - this contrasting against his dapple grey coat, the mud, and the overcast skies. Even on the darkest day there is colour on a racetrack.
